A multi-campus school management platform for Al Fateh Educational System, pairing a real-time admin dashboard with a dedicated parent mobile app for attendance, fees, and results.
The Challenge
Al Fateh Educational System was running admissions, fee collection, staff HR, attendance, and exam records across multiple campuses largely on manual paperwork and spreadsheets, with no way for parents to see their child's attendance, dues, or results without calling the school office. The objective was to unify every campus's operations into one system while giving parents their own direct window into their child's progress.
"Our primary objective was to overcome significant technical debt while scaling the infrastructure to meet global demand, ensuring zero downtime during the transition."
Key Features
Built an admin dashboard covering admissions, student records, HR and staff, academics, attendance, finance (income, expenses, fee vouchers, and defaulters), inventory, certificates, and exams and results, all scoped per campus through a campus switcher with live income, expense, and enrollment figures on the dashboard. Paired it with a dedicated parent mobile app that gives each parent a home screen showing their children's attendance percentage, pending dues, homework, and notices, plus quick access to results, study materials, and downloads.
Key Results
The school administration now runs day-to-day operations, admissions, fees, attendance, HR, from one real-time dashboard instead of scattered registers and spreadsheets, while parents get same-day visibility into their child's attendance, dues, and results directly from their phone, cutting down on manual phone calls to the school office.
